Oakland Community College of Farmington Hills Michigan,hosts the School of Culinary Arts and Restaurant Mgt and Hotel Mgt for persons seeking a career in the Food Service and Hospitality Industry. We also offer courses to enhance skills of current employees as well as food enthusiasts. Students may attend full or part time, day or evening. O.C.C.is accreditted with the American Culinary Federation which grants students A.C.F. certifaction upon graduation. We are also the host site for the A.C.F.southeast MI chapter (award winning) Chef Apprentice program.

Courses of study include Foundation Skill Developement,Cookery, Garde Manger, Artisan Breads,International Cuisine, Pastries, Sugar Artistry, Nutritional Cuisine, Wine and Spirits Leadership Mgt,And Legal Issues to list a few.
