COOK: ? Set up and use of a grill, fryer, and broiler ? Prepare food items as needed ? Ensure kitchen area is kept clean and sanitary ? Duties may differ based on assigned location ? Additional responsibilities as required

BAKER: ? Work in the production kitchen. Prepare and bake goods for theme park and special events ? Additional responsibilities as required

REQUIREMENTS: ? Must be at least 18 years of age ? Prior work experience as a Cook and/or Baker -or- enrollment in a culinary program ? An onsite test will be administered to pre-qualify for position

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: ? Must be fully available to work through April 15th, seven-days per week, mornings, afternoons and evenings until 11pm ? This includes being available on all weekdays, weekends & holidays (i.e. Easter)
