Job Responsibilities: ? Manage daily operations of the Avenue Café ? Provide the highest standards of guest service and food quality ? Controls food and labor costs ? Supervision, training, scheduling and evaluation of restaurant team ? Provide assistance as needed to the Food and Beverage Operations Manager
Two years of prior restaurant management experience required.
