As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the Store Manager in the operation of the restaurant, serving all internal and external customers courteously, quickly and efficiently with a sincere, friendly and enthusiastic attitude. Duties of this position include ensuring customer satisfaction, staff development and evaluation, scheduling, achieving financial goals and objectives, ensuring good food quality, ensuring the cleanliness and safety of the facility, creating a positive culture in alignment with our Mission Statement and Core Values, and making continuous improvements using participative processes. A qualified applicant must have a high school diploma or GED, good customer contact skills, good communication skills, be able to lift up to 60 pounds, work in a fast-paced environment of hot and cold temperatures, be flexible to work any shift or location, and stand for up to 9 hours.
