To be considered you should have:

?Current experience as a Restaurant Manager in casual dining, at least 3 years ?Work history in restaurants ?Skilled in cost controls, analyzing P&L, budgets, etc. ?Natural leader with great skills in relationship building ?Experience in training, coaching, and motivating mid-to-large sized teams ?Passionate for hospitality ?Excited about new ideas
