· Experience: minimum of 5 years of serving experience as well as 5 years of management experience in fine dining, high traffic restaurant

· Extensive wine knowledge as well as intermediate sake knowledge

· Strong work ethic and integrity

· Professional, friendly, team player and multi-tasker

· Detail Orientated

· Basic accounting knowledge

· Understand how to read computer generated sales summary, and reconcile credit card batches

· Reconcile drawers at the closing store

· POS system knowledge Aloha or CBS plus

· Extensive background and drug test will be conducted before hiring
