We have an exciting opportunity available in Washington DC for a: SOUS CHEF
We'd like for you to have:
2+ years as a Sous Chef in an upscale casual dining or fine dining environment. Experience in a steakhouse is strongly preferred. The ability to interpret and manage recipes to ensure compliance / minimize waste. Strong broiler skills are required. An excellent attention to detail.
