|Shari's Restaurants is looking for Assistant Managers that are highly motivated, professional career orientated individuals.
Managers must manage a Shari's restaurant in a profitable manner following company policies and procedures. Promote good employee and customer relations through consistent implementation of company standards. Identify and develop quality staff using Shari's standard training programs. Be responsible and accountable and will be rewarded for the successful operation of a Shari's restaurant. Management responsibilities include:
* Sales Growth - positive trend and a marketing program in effect. * Profit Growth - meeting or exceeding goals in all cost control areas. * QA - minimum % on a quarterly basis. * Personnel - adequate staffing and qualified trainers in all positions. * Administration - Organization of Daily, Weekly, and Period End bookwork, and good use of crew training programs * Human Relations - possesses personality, patience, and communication skills conducive to effective training. * Safety - effective program in place with active crew participation.
Managers must have a flexible schedule to work nights, weekends and holidays.
