Survey shows McDonald's lowest in fast-food satisfaction

Being the biggest doesn't necessarily yield the happiest customers, according to the American Consumer Satisfaction Index released Tuesday. Oak Brook-based McDonald's Corp. received the lowest customer satisfaction ranking of any full-service or fast-food chain on the survey, with 73 percent satisfaction, up from 72 percent.

“I have been puzzled about McDonald’s blatant marketing to the African-American community and the niche market of young, dumb-looking kids and to me, not only is it a racist attempt to capture a specific market, it’s stupid. Don’t they know that their food sucks? For the company that practically invented fast food and took over much of the culinary world, single-handedly drove the American coffee shop industry out of business, and undercut most remaining restaurants, these guys have descended into the pit of low-quality food, bad reviews, and crappy commercials. I do NOT work in the fast food industry nor have I ever but if I did, I would go in there, clean house of every executive as well as PR firm and try to reestablish the quality with which, they were once associated. It’s no surprise to me that they get dire reviews, if I served food like they do, I would want someone to pull the life support on me. The other issue is this: when are they going to QUIT hiring illegal aliens? At some point my restaurant colleagues have got to wake up and see that they are adding to the malaise suffered by the United States over the past decade and one that is destined to get worse if something doesn’t happen on a positive note in November. We need to recapture the America with which we grew up and not the one liberal government and leftist corporations have forced onto us.
