The USDA Administrator for Food and Nutrition Services wandered the halls of Wexler-Grant School Tuesday to observe the city’s summer food service program. Administrator Audrey Rowe’s visit came shortly after school let out for the summer and one week before the city’s popular food truck will get out on the road to serve city youth free meals...
