Burnsville mother of three Kelli Outlaw knew something was different when her children started raving about school lunch.
"My kids love it. I use it as an incentive: They have to behave or they don't get to have school lunch," Outlaw said Tuesday. Gone from their trays were the fatty, deep-fried staples of school lunches past. The new menu is heavy on fresh fruits and vegetables, whole-grain breads, low-fat milk, and baked or grilled meats....
