Dietitian's Take On The Worst School Lunch Items

There are some dos and don'ts when it comes to packing your child's school lunch. Registered dietitian Katie Boles stopped by the Good Morning Show to talk about safe and healthy options for parents. One thing she made a point to talk about was time. From the time parents pack those lunch boxes to the time kids get to sit down and eat it, about five hours have passed.
