Heavy offerings this week on butts and spareribs added to the continuing weakness that has plagued the retail cuts portion of the cutout for the last few weeks. Buyer interest continued to be limited as many buyers wanted to play their cards and bet that the market was going to go lower before they committed their selves to product.
