Registering for Forums and Chat Rooms: To post messages on's forums and chat rooms ("Forums"), you must create a screen name and provide additional information relevant to the forums service. Food Service Enablers hosts our forums service, so we transfer your UserID to them to create the linking records. Your information is stored and protected by Food Service Enablers. In posting messages, you are not required to post your real name; however, you are required to post your actual email address, although you may hide that email address from viewers.
