I am a veteran programmer in the POS industry, I specialize in Micros Point of Sale Systems and I have over 12 years of experience both in the field and as a Help Desk Programmer. I own and operate a Micros Support desk (Http://www.MicrosPOS.net with locations in 3 different states and offer the Very Best support to our customers that money can buy. MicrosPOS.net offers montly subscriptions for support and Depot Warranty contracts for Hardware repair, we do things a whole lot differently than our competiition and we have yet to garner 1 unhappy client. You WILL NOT wait weeks or months for a return call or to speak with a fully qualified programmer, we return all calls the same day when humanly possible to do so. We support the Micros 3700, 9700 and e7 Software and Hardware Platforms. We also offer Micros installation services as well as large scale project management for any and all POS platforms since we are all IT Enginners and Project Managers. I, myself have a BS in Computer Engineering from SU as well as VMWare Certified Professional and Advanced Professional Certifications fromVMWare.
