Arizona Culinary institute is located in an 18,000 square foot facility featuring five different kitchens, four classrooms and student – run du Jour restaurant. The Institute helps students find rentals and roommates for free.

Arizona Culinary Institute offers Financial Aid plans and helps students receives cholarships, as well as other forms of aid, including SLM Financial Loans, NLSC Loans, TFC Loans, ESL and other Scholarships, Vocational Rehabilitation, TAA, and Tribal Funding.

One of the best reasons to attend Arizona Culinary Institute is the student-operated fine dining restaurant called "du Jour". Students run the restaurant as part of their culinary and restaurant management education. While du Jour is open to the public, its main purpose is to help instructors teach students how to operate in a professional restaurant environment. Students benefit by leanring every position under the guidance of Chef/Instructors. Students at Arizona Culinary Institute also get to dine at du Jour with a 50% discount on all food items.
