Facilities Arizona Culinary institute is located in an 18,000 square foot facility featuring five different kitchens, four classrooms and student – run du Jour restaurant. Our building was designed from the ground up to be a culinary school and is spacious, comfortable and has the finest professional equipment. Please visit our website for a virtual tour.
U.S. Locations Arizona Culinary Institute is located in central Scottsdale, only 20-30 minutes from Sky Harbor International Airport. A multitude of modern, affordable housing is available for students in the area, such as seven different apartment complexes, and nearby shopping centers offer supermarkets, restaurants, dry cleaning, daycare, automobile repair, medical, and other services. The Institute helps students find rentals and roommates for free.

At ACI, we understand that the student is the most important person in any school. We care about the unique needs of the Culinary Student and have carefully designed our curriculum with you in mind. One of our core commitments to our students is a small class size. Our program is also designed to make sensible and efficient use of your time and resources. We feel that when students are in a small group they are able to learn both better and faster. We offer a carefully planned, well-balanced curriculum that will give you the solid foundation needed to build and advance your career.



School Description

The Arizona Culinary Institute understands the unique needs of culinary students and has designed its curriculum based on this understanding. All courses feature small class sizes to optimize individual attention. The program makes efficient use of student time by placing them in small groups where they are able to learn both better and faster. The curriculum at Arizona Culinary Institute is balanced and gives students a solid foundation that they need to build and advance their careers. The Institute is located in an 18,000 square foot facility that has five kitchens, four classrooms, and student-run "du Jour" restaurant. The full admissions requirements and procedures are listed in the Catalog on our website, but students can begin the admissions process by applying online. Arizona Culinary Institute offers Financial Aid plans and helps students receives cholarships, as well as other forms of aid, including SLM Financial Loans, NLSC Loans, TFC Loans, ESL and other Scholarships, Vocational Rehabilitation, TAA, and Tribal Funding. Students benefit by leanring every position under the guidance of Chef/Instructors. Students at Arizona Culinary Institute also get to dine at du Jour with a 50% discount on all food items.
