School Description
Here at-sunrice, you'll find your passport to an exciting culinary adventure. With classes conducted by some of the region's most experienced chefs, students can delve into Asian culinary techniques and practices. The kitchens are modern, lessons are well thought-out and, with spices growing right in the backyard, at-sunrice promises to be a hard-to-beat learning environment.
Students can pick up theoretical and practical knowledge of pan-Asian cuisine, with emphasis on the food of Singapore, China, Thailand, India, Indonesia and Indochina.
During our spice garden walks, students will also learn first hand about the culinary, functional and essential uses of the 100 different herbs and spices growing here.
Foreign students who complete the 2-week course have the option to take up an internship with one of our 5 star partner hotels in Singapore. This is the ultimate opportunity to fast track an international career and learn from the best hotel kitchens.
