Program Description
15-month Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts Program

School Description
We are excited show your our 'Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts Program.' At CSCA we teach both traditional and contemporary cooking. Instruction begins with classical French techniques and terminology and progresses to innovative, modern applications. Students work beside industry-trained Chef Instructors who are committed to excellence.
CSCA offers one of the most comprehensive and thorough training programs in the world. From a student's first day in the kitchen to the day of graduation, food science, creativity, and presentation are taught. Our beautiful 561 Fine Dining Restaurant is also a lab for our students, to learn to serve public. With this extensive training, graduating students will have a multitude of opportunities in front of them. These students enter the foodservice profession, ready to make their mark.
Our students have been called on to assist at various culinary functions in the area. CSCA students recently assisted Chef Wolfgang Puck at the 73rd Annual Acadamy Awards Govenors Ball Dinner. Also, we have assisted the Celebrity chef tours with TV Food Network.
Our program is one of the most comprehensive training programs in the world. From a student's first day in the kitchen to the day of graduation, discipline, food science, creativity and presentation are taught.
