You may choose the broad-based 15-month associate of applied science degree or the 12-month diploma program. An intregal component of each program is an optional externship at sites such as the Smithsonian restaurants, Kennedy Center, MCI Center, Watergate, Wolf Trap, Hyatt, Marriott, Ritz Carlton, Pentagon, Embassy Row or one of the various ethnic restaurants in the metro area.
Your culinary experiences will be guided by one of our certified chefs who specialize in baking/pastries, garde manger and international cuisine.
